Frequently asked questions
Do I need a card for the free trial?
No. The trial runs for 14 days with no card and no commitment. When it ends your account is not closed automatically, so you can still export your data.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. The period you have already paid for runs to its end, after which nothing renews. There is no lock-in contract and no cancellation fee.
Which payment methods are supported?
Razorpay, PayU, CCAvenue and PayPal. Card details never reach our servers; the entire payment happens on the gateway's own secure page.
Do you provide a GST invoice?
Yes. A GST-compliant tax invoice is generated automatically for every payment, split into CGST and SGST or IGST depending on your state.
Can I change plans later?
At any time. Upgrades apply immediately with the unused balance credited against the new plan. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens if I hit a plan limit?
Nothing stops abruptly. You receive a warning at eighty percent, and if you cross the limit you get a seven-day grace period. Mail synchronisation continues throughout.
Where is my data stored?
In India. Enterprise customers can request a specific region.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It remains available for export for 30 days, then it is permanently deleted. You can also request immediate deletion at any point.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Paying annually gives you two months free compared with paying monthly.
