Acceptable Use Policy

This policy forms part of the Terms of Service. It applies to you and to everyone you authorise to use your account.

1. Prohibited content

You may not use the Service to store, send or process content that:

• infringes intellectual property rights;
• is unlawful, defamatory, obscene or harassing;
• depicts or promotes child sexual abuse;
• incites violence, terrorism or hatred against any group;
• contains malware, ransomware or other harmful code;
• is designed to deceive recipients as to its origin (phishing or spoofing).

2. Prohibited conduct

• Sending unsolicited bulk email, or any message violating the Information Technology Act, 2000, or TRAI commercial communication regulations.
• Accessing any mailbox you are not authorised to access.
• Circumventing plan limits, rate limits or access controls.
• Probing, scanning or testing the security of the Service without our written permission.
• Interfering with service to any other customer, including denial-of-service activity.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or attempting to derive source code.
• Reselling or white-labelling the Service without a written agreement.
• Sharing a single login between multiple people.
• Using automated means to extract data at a scale that degrades the Service.

3. Email sending standards

When sending through mailboxes connected to the Service, you must:

• have a lawful basis for contacting each recipient;
• include a working unsubscribe mechanism in commercial mail;
• send only from domains you own or are authorised to use;
• not falsify headers, sender identity or routing information;
• maintain a bounce rate below 5% and a complaint rate below 0.1%.

Sustained breach of these thresholds may lead us to restrict outbound sending on your account to protect the reputation of the shared infrastructure.

4. Security research

We welcome responsible disclosure. If you wish to test the Service, contact info@ajontec.com first. We will not pursue legal action against researchers who:

• test only against their own account;
• do not access, modify or exfiltrate other customers' data;
• do not degrade the Service for others;
• report findings to us privately and allow reasonable time to fix them.

5. Enforcement

Depending on severity, we may:

Response	When
Warning and request to remedy	Minor or first-time breach
Feature restriction, such as outbound sending	Repeated breach or reputational risk
Suspension pending investigation	Serious breach, or active harm to others
Immediate termination	Illegal content, or deliberate attack on the Service

We give notice wherever practicable. Where immediate action is needed to protect other customers, we act first and notify promptly afterwards.

6. Reporting abuse

To report a violation, email info@ajontec.com with as much evidence as you can provide, including message headers where relevant. We acknowledge within 2 business days.
